When we got home this morning around 11am, we discovered upon opening our door, that our heater was not on. I called Joe Quallet from Quallet HVAC and despite it being SUNDAY, Joe was in my hallway with a flashlight within 30 minutes of my call. 45 minutes after that we were up and running. He arrived Sunday and explained what he found the issue to be, showed me how to inspect for it and showed me step by step how he was fixing it so I can do it myself in the future. About an hour later we were back up and running at minimal cost and with no inconvenience. Mr. Quallet was great to deal with and he'll be my first call if we have trouble again.
